ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the order dated 07.10.2020 made in CMP. No.850 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Tittagudi, Cuddalore District and to pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have registered an FIR in Crime No.15 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 457, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 355 and 506 (ii) of IPC r/w Section of the Women Harassment Act. The concerned Inspector of Police was also present through Video Conferencing.
3.This Criminal original petition is disposed of by recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
