The aggrieved complainant in a private complaint arising out of Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act seeks leave to file an appeal against acquittal.

Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, leave is granted and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
