O R D E R

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first and second respondents to take necessary action against the fourth and fifth respondent herein and to pass an order based on petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Though the petitioner stated that despite giving representation, the respondent police has not taken any action and therefore, he was constrained to file this petition, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on receipt of representation, the petitioner was summoned, whereas the petitioner is not residing in the said address and therefore, they could not respond to his representation.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and also perused the materials available on record.

4. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents

4 and 5, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the respondent police within a period of 10 days and on receipt of fresh representation, the respondent police is directed to consider the same within a period of one month from the date of fresh representation.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
