ORDER

This petition has been filed to directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 422 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CCB Team-2, Vepery, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR and the fact that this case was registered in the year 2014, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to any other agency. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a closure report or a charge sheet as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
