This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10202 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
