ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Nithya aged 23 years. According to him, the marriage between him and the detenue was celebrated on 08.03.2016.

2. Yesterday, when the matter was taken up, the detenue was produced before this Court by the respondent. She told the Court that she is willing to go only with her parents and she has been all along living with her parents. As the petitioner was not present before this Court, matter was adjourned to today. Today, the petitioner made appearance. He wanted the detenue to come with him. But the detenue in open Court said that she is not detained by her parents and willingly she is with her parents and now, she wanted to go back to her parents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The said submission is recorded. In view of the above, we are not inclined to grant any relief as prayed for by the petitioner.
