ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant extension of time to the petitioner enabling him to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000- as per the Order of his Court dated 07.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to oversight, the petitioner and his advocate have not taken proper note of the date of deposit and therefore, he was not able to deposit the amount in time and it is neither willful nor wanton. They have also prepared lodgment schedule and presented before the Court on 06.06.2025. Hence, seeks for extension of time to deposit the amount as per the Orders of this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to deposit the amount, the petitioner is granted one month time from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, to comply the Order of this Court dated 07.04.2025. 16-06-2025 vrc
