ORDER

Pursuant to the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 19.11.2015 in proceedings N.M.M.T.R.26/2015/A5 , the petitioner made a request for measuring the land with the help of the Surveyor on 15.12.2015. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
