This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, C1, Flower Bazaar Police Station, everday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13049 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a native of Krishnagiri and it is very difficult for him to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station. Hence, he seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13049 of 2023 by order dated 13.06.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall remain intact.
