This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2023 and consequently direct the respondents to register the Lease deed and will deed dated 30.05.2023 executed by the petitioner's father at petitioner's home. Considering the limited prayer sought for the by the writ petitioner, without expressing any of the view on merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2023 and pass orders on merits after issuing notice to the interested parties and rival claimants, if any, and conducting enquiry, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
