C.M.P.No.16481 of 2021 in A.S.SR.No.73050 of 2006 P.T.ASHA, J Though respondents 1 to 5 have been represented by the learned counsel, none appeared when the matter was called. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 6 and 7 has no objection for this petition being allowed.

2.The above petition has been filed for condoning the delay of 2245 days in payment of deficit court fee of Rs.55,250/-. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant would submit that the reasons for the delay was that he is unable to raise funds to pay the court fee and that the appeal had been filed in time. It is his contention that he was able to muster the sources only in the month of September, 2021 as immediately contacted his counsel and paid the deficit court fee. 4.Considering the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the same being sufficient, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
