2. This Court, by order dated 03.01.2022 issued a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation in terms of Section 19 and 20 of the Right to Information Act, pursuant to which, the order of this Court has been complied with and Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the proceedings dated 12.10.2022 before this Court.
