This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.770 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police for the offence punishable

under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.770 of 2019 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.3 of 2021 before the learned Sessions Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
