O R D E R

This Court passed an order dated 08.12.2020 in W.P.No.21657 of 2017 as follows:

"7. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without direct the 2nd respondent to forward the representation dated 07.03.2017 given by the petitioner, to the newly impleaded 3rd respondent viz., the Tahsildar, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same and on payment of the prescribed fee by the petitioner for surveying the land, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation from

the 2nd respondent.

8. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs."

2. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the Tahsildar, Chidambaram passed an order in proceedings dated 22.07.2023. Thus, the order has been complied with.

3. The objections raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be considered in view of the fact that there is no direction issued by this Court.

4. This Court directed the authorities to consider the claim of the writ petitioner, which were considered by the authorities. Accordingly, an order has been passed. Thus, the respondent has not committed any contempt wilfully.
