Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 6.
2.The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to take action against the respondents 4 to 7 for illegal diversion of the fund under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Scheme based on her representation dated 13.02.2023.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter Ms.Abhthiya made an application under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Scheme in Economically Weaker Section (EWS) quota by submitting necessary documents to the respondents 4 to 6. After scrutiny, the petitioner's daughter was allocated with Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana ID No.2258807. The main case of the petitioner is even though the petitioner's daughter is allocated with Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana ID, the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana fund was diverted and credited in the account of some other person namely the 8th respondent.
4.In the representation dated 13.02.2023 submitted to the 2nd respondent, the petitioner made certain allegations against the 6th & 7th respondents. The grievance expressed by the petitioner in this writ petition is not specifically mentioned in her representation dated 13.02.2023. In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent mentioning her grievance regarding diversion of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana fund meant for her daughter to a third party. any such representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and final orders shall be passed by the 2nd respondent within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 5.With these observations, the writ petitioner stands disposed of. No costs.
