ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to return the tractor bearing Registration No.TN23 AT 0335 to the petitioner forthwith. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the loan account of the petitioner had already been closed on 09.12.2014 and the vehicle in question had also been returned to the petitioner. The learned counsel has also produced a communication dated 30.06.2018 sent by the respondent to that effect.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
