2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she obtained certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 15.02.2021 made in C.M.A.No.270 of 2021, hence she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this C.M.P. and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn.
