When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is a Dentist and the owner of the property in question, has been running a Dental Clinic in the property and he has received a communication from the 4th respondent that since the deviations have not been rectified, the premise is proposed to be locked and sealed with Police assistance. It is further represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a part of deviation has already been rectified and if at least two months' time is granted to the petitioner, he would bring the building in accordance with the building plan.

2. Learned counsel for the 4th respondent has no objection in granting two months' time to rectify the defects. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, granting two months' time to the petitioner to rectify the defects and bring the building in accordance with the building plan. It is made clear that if the rectification is not done within the time specified above, it is open to the 4th respondent to proceed further and take action against the petitioner in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
