ORDER
It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that the prayer of the petitioner seeking to give him promotion to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police has become infructuous as he has already promoted in the year 2003 for the said post.
2. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed as infructuous. No Costs.
