Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in S.C.No.09/NSA/2016 dated 06.06.2016 on the file of the District Magistrate and District Collector, Dharmapuri and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondent to produce the detenu Raja, son of Mariappan, aged about 46 years now confined at Central Prison, Salem and set him at liberty. O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed, by the wife of the detenu, namely, Raja, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records connected with the detention order of the third respondent, in S.C.No.09/NSA/2016, dated 06.06.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's husband, by name Raja, son of Mariappan, aged about 46 years, detained in Central Prison, Salem, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order of detention passed by the third respondent as against the petitioner dated 06.06.2016 has been revoked by the Government.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
