Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of Section Officer for the year 2019-2020 over and above his immediate junior and consequently promote the petitioner to the post of Section Officer on par with his juniors in accordance with law in the light of the Judgment rendered by this Court in W.A.(MD) Nos.497 to 500 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022 and W.P.No.9093 of 2021, dated 15.03.2024 with all service and monetary benefits.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of Section Officer for the year 2019-2020 over and above his immediate junior.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.01.2024, in the light of the Judgment rendered by this Court in W.A.(MD) Nos.497 to 500 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022 and W.P.No.9093 of 2021, dated 15.03.2024 , and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
