Heard Mr.T.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Chandrsekaran, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. Though notice has been served and the learned counsel entered appearance for the second respondent, there is no appearance when the case is called today on behalf of the second respondent.

2. As the second respondent is the subsequent purchaser of the land in question from the first respondent despite the orders passed by this Court, on that ground the second respondent has to be impleaded as one of the party respondent in this contempt petition to effectively adjudicate this contempt petition and this Court feels that this Sub.Application can be allowed and accordingly, it is allowed.

3. The second respondent is impleaded as one of the party respondents in the main Cont.P.No.207 of 2021. 1/3

4. Notice afresh shall be issued to the newly impleaded second respondent statutorily and post the matter for hearing on 22.11.2022. 11.10.2022 (2/2) drm/sp 2/3
