ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that survey was conducted and encroachments were found on the cart track. He would submit that steps would be undertaken for eviction of encroachers in accordance with law.

3. In view of the statement made by learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
