ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents to pass orders granting station seniority to the petitioner with effect from 10.03.2016 working in Government Tiruvarur Medical College for priority in transfer counselling in accordance with G.O. (2D) No.131 Health and Family Welfare Department dated 20.11.2007 and consequently consider the Petitioner for Transfer to vacancies in Chennai Medical / Dental Institutions in the Department of Dental Surgery / Department of Orthodontics by considering the representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 27.06.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
