ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 had placed before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court, a communication issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Harur, the second respondent herein, dated 18.9.2015. He had further submitted that the enquiry, in respect of the land in question, is being conducted and a final order would be passed within a period of three months from today.

3. In view of the communication issued by the second respondent, dated 18.9.2015, and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, this court finds it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry, in respect of the land in question, and pass an appropriate order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the other persons concerned, if any, within a period of three months from today. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observations. No costs.
