This miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.8(b) in Crl.OP.No.11456 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022.

2. However, this Court finds no ground to modify the said condition.

Therefore, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Further, the time to execute sureties in Crl.OP.No.11456 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
