PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16602 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16602 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16602 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
