This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to survey the land in S.No.6-14B1, 6-14 CIAIAIA & 6-14C2 situated at Periyakattupalayam Madhalapattu Village, Cuddalore District based on the application of the petitioner dated 14.03.2024 pending before the third respondent within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

In such view of the matter, without making them as a party, this Writ Petition cannot be maintainable. If any direction is issued to the revenue authorities, it will lead to further consequences.
