This application has been filed to reopen application in A.No.2094 of 2025 in O.P.No.241 of 2025 and hear the same on merits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 09.05.2025 was passed by way of a temporary measure without going into the merits of the application and as a matter of fact, the respondent was directed to file counters in the applications and the OP in the meantime. He further submitted that the closure of the application will defeat the rights of the petitioner to seek temporary custody of his minor son and affect the welfare of the minor. Therefore, he submits that the application in A.No.2094 of 2025 in O.P.No.241 of 2025 may be reopened. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Having satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application in A.No.2094 of 2025 in O.P.No.241 of 2025 is recalled.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
