This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to file a charge sheet in the FIR No.136 of 2019 on the file of the The Inspector of Police, J-5, Sastri Nagar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the closure report has been made ready in R.C.S.No.5 of 2019. Since the defacto complainant refused to receive the RCS notice, the respondent police is not in a position to file the closure report before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
