ORDER
The petitioner has obtained a passport and he has now received a communication from the first respondent dated 01.05.2023, wherein, they have sought some clarification from the petitioner over certain adverse Police clarification report. This is now under challenge. 2.Mr.R.Subramanian, learned Additional Central Government Standing Counsel appeared for the first respondent and Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appeared for the second respondent. 3.The Authority has only sought some clarification and has not done anything as to affect the present right of the petitioner. It appears the petitioner is reluctant about offering his clarification. 4.The petitioner is now required to give a fresh reply to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from today (13.07.2023). first respondent is required to give the petitioner a right of hearing and take a call on the clarification that it sought on merit and within the framework of law, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the reply to the clarification is made by the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
