Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition had been filed to condone the delay of 274 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.33776 of 2025.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the delay had been caused as the Petitioner had filed the W.P against the proceedings of the Inspector General of Registration Department.

3. Learned Government Advocate (C.S) who is present in Court on behalf of Respondent-2 has no objection.

4. The delay of 274 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.15013 of 2025 is allowed.
