ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a separate charge sheet before the Juvenile Justice Board, Nagapattinam, pursuant to the directions issued by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai by an order dated 28.07.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the split up charge sheet was filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Nagapattinam on 02.09.2020 and it has been taken on file.
