2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has vehemently opposed this petition stating that the appeal itself is vexatious and there is a delay of 804 days in payment of deficit court fee.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
