ORDER

Even on the hearing date 09.01.2026, it had been noted that a cheque dated 09.01.2026 bearing No. 202093 drawn on State Bank of India, for a sum of Rs.1,99,861/- in favour of the petitioner had been forwarded to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The amount had been now credited. If there is any further discrepancy, the petitioner is always at liberty to proceed in manner known to law.

2. The Contempt Petition stands closed.
