O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Government Pleader states that the complaint made by the petitioner regarding encroachment on the canal is already receiving attention of the concerned authorities and notices have been issued. He assures that the proceedings will be concluded within the maximum period of two (2) months from today. 2.We only wish that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2016 had been responded to intimating the action taken which would have saved the filing of the present petition. 3.Writ petition is closed accepting the undertaking given by the learned Government Pleader. No costs.
