3.The petitioner has given reasons for the delay, to the satisfaction of this Court. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, and post the Appeal, after numbering, along with S.T.A.Nos.8 and 9 of 2022 & 2 of 2023.
