The reason is set out in paragraph No.2 of support affidavit and it is, the impugned order was served on writ petitioner by way of electronic mail (only) on 08.09.2021 and therefore, the same has been downloaded and a hard copy has been filed. There cannot be more convincing reason in support of dispense with prayer.
