ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 and the subsequent reminder dated 28.03.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.11.2025 and a subsequent reminder dated 28.03.2026 to the official respondents, seeking removal of 6th respondent's name from Patta Nos. 908, 909, 910, 911, and 366 pertaining to Survey Nos. 193/1, 194/1, 194/2, 194/3, and 193/4, situated at Madakasampatti Village, Mohanur Taluk, Namakkal District. However, the said representation has not been considered to date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 and the subsequent reminder dated 28.03.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 and the subsequent reminder dated 28.03.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as to the 6th respondent and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
