The first appellant, who was the first plaintiff in the suit, from which, the second appeal had emanated, had unfortunately died and his legal representatives are brought on record as appellants 8, 9, 10 & 11. They are three sons and one daughter of the deceased first appellant. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that the first appellant had died on 23.10.2020 and his legal representatives seek to prosecute the appeal further. Owing to the fact that the application has been filed and in view of the lock down period, the application is allowed, even if there is a delay. 3.Registry may note the death of the first appellant and bring on record his legal representatives as appellants 8, 9, 10 & 11. sms 22.06.2022 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
