ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Petitioner is the aunt of the detenu and alleging that the whereabouts of the detenu is not known, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the detenu is a trans gender and he is living with a group of such persons. The detenu was also brought to the police station where he has stated that there is no illegal detention by anybody, in the presence of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
