2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Additional Mahila Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in D.V.C.No.41 of 2019 in accordance with law, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
