Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd Respondent in his proceeding in Rc.No.086234/Con.IV(2)/2015 dated 25.06.2019, quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide an opportunity to the petitioner to putforth his case and take final decision on the Petitioner's Application dated 20.04.2015 for grant Licence for running Private Security Agency.

O R D E R

When it was pointed out by the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the Petitioner has got an effective alternative remedy under Section 14 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, read with Rule 13 of the Tamil Nadu Private Security Agencies Rules, 2008, to challenge the impugned order, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the same and has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. It is needless to add here that if such appeal is preferred, the Appellate Authority after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned in consonance with the principles of natural justice shall consider all the contentions that are raised in such appeal and pass a reasoned order on merits in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken. No costs.
