This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2024.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner and 22 others are the Class-II legal heirs of late Mr.P.Subramani and his wife late S.Vadivambal. They have obtained a legal heirship certificate vide decree and judgment dated 19.06.2017 on the file of City Civil Court at Chennai. The petitioner and 22 others submitted a representation on 04.05.2024 seeking for issuance of joint patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation 2/4

on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons, subject to payment of requisite fees. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
