The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to release the full salary and allowances to the petitioner for the suspension period from 25.04.2013 till revocation of suspension and to release the withheld/unreleased annual increments to the petitioner from the year 2013 and all other consequential benefits by considering the petitioner's representations dated 24.03.2025 and 17.04.2025 given to the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she joined as a Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and, while in service, an FIR was registered on the basis of a complaint under Sections 471 and 420 of Indian Penal Code. According to the petitioner, the said complaint was based on an alleged loan transactions which was subsequently quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 4711 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025. Despite the quashing of the FIR, the respondents have not paid the petitioner's entitlement of salary and 2/5
allowances for the period of suspension. In this connection, the petitioner has sent representations dated 24.03.2025 and 17.04.2025 to the respondents, and such representations are yet to be considered by the respondents.
3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Though there is disputed facts between the parties, taking into consideration of the fact that the representations made by the petitioner is yet to be considered, this Court without going into merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 24.03.2025 and 17.04.2025 and pass order on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
