This petition is filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the above C.R.P.

2. Heard Mr.P.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Rajkumar Pandiyan, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Since the delay is only six days and the respondent has no serious objection, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the same for admission if the papers are otherwise in order.
