Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the third respondent Chief Educational Officer in O.Mu.No.10173/A4/2020, dated 11.02.2020 and the consequential proceeding issued by the 4th respondent DEO in O.Mu.No.0292/a2/2019, dated 10.03.2020, quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of Sr.Metilda Mary as B.T.Asst. (Tamil) in the petitioner school namely Jeyarani Girl's Hr. Sec. School, Nethimedu, w.e.f. The date of her appointment on 15.11.2017 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
