ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition challenging the show cause notice dated 06.10.2017.
2. This court entertained the writ petition challenging the show cause notice on the ground that in respect of similar issue earlier show cause notice proceedings were dropped by order dated 23.08.2017. However, the said order has not been set aside by the Commissioner of Appeals.
3. In view of the above, the impugned show cause notice dated 06.10.2017 cannot be quashed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is granted 30 days time to submit their reply to the impugned show cause notice. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
