ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondents to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 31.01.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, though the Temple was taken over by the HR & CE Department, the same continuously obstructed private respondents on the strength of the order passed by the 2nd respondent. Therefore, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 1st
respondent in A.P.No.19 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023. Since the same was not disposed of yet, the present writ petition is filed.
3. In reply, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's appeal dated 31.01.2023 will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a period of eight weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for the official respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 31.01.2023, on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
