ORDER

This original petition has been filed seeking to quash the complaint in C.C.No.299 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore.

2. It is seen that the trial in the case has commenced and it is halfway and therefore, this court cannot interfere at this stage to quash the proceedings. However, the trial court is directed to obtain a bond for Rs.10,000/- from each of the accused without sureties under Section 88 of Cr.P.C. The accused are directed to co-operate with the trial court and the trial court is directed to complete the trial of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the accused shall cross examine the witnesses on the same day when they are examined in chief on behalf of the complainant.
